High density 4 axis milling machines.
With work envelopes ranging 12x20x19 to 19x39x25 and a single horizontal mill with 24 x 22 x 22 all with the option of a full 4th with .001deg resolution and the option of ganged part working holding as high as 42pc per machine, we have the ability to process complex multi-sided parts in single operation with the option of running lights out overnight production.

Mill / Turn capacity with bar feed capability.
Bar fed parts can be processed complete in one operation from stock complete with radial milling and drilling operations. With options of 3jaw chuck or 3j collet work holding parts can be processed from raw stock or be held in machined fixtures for post operations.

Slant-bed 2 axis lathes
2 axis slant bed chucking lathes make quick work prototype and production parts. We use the diverse variety of our equipment to quickly process parts that range from single operation jobs to parts that require both turning and milling operations. We have a wide selection of ID and OD tools and machine our own jaw blanks in house to quickly allow any size / shape part to be processed.

3 axis vertical milling machines
Quick setup vertical cat40 mills most frequently setup with a pair of kurt vices make up the backbone of JH-Precision. They have a tooling capacity of 16 to 21 tools and all have high speed lookahead, tapping, extended memory to name a few options.
